About our timetable

Our prayer times follow [the calendar of the Presidency of Religious Affairs of Türkiye (Diyanet) for Newcastle upon Tyne], and are the same times displayed in the mosque. Because different mosques use different calculation methods, our times may differ by a few minutes from other timetables in the city, particularly for Fajr and Isha in the summer months.

Ramadan and Eid

Before each Ramadan we publish a Ramadan timetable showing the times for suhoor (imsak) and iftar each day, available here to view and download. Eid prayer times are announced in advance on our What’s on page and on our social media. The start of Ramadan and the dates of Eid follow [the Diyanet calendar].
